  • 1 cup soy yogurt plain
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh herbs like parsley or chives, chopped
  • salt to taste


  • Just mix together the soy yogurt, minced garlic, fresh herbs, and salt.


  • Make sure you mix the ingredients by hand and not with a blender because it will make the dressing watery.
