Simple Garlic Yogurt Dressing
This is a recipe for a plant-based garlic yogurt dressing that is also vegan and oil-free. It can be used as a dressing for wraps, sandwiches, or salad.
- 1 cup soy yogurt plain
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp fresh herbs like parsley or chives, chopped
- salt to taste
- Make sure you mix the ingredients by hand and not with a blender because it will make the dressing watery.
